- Walking around the corner. (.7% of a mile)
- Walking thingy for 20 Mintues (apprx. 2 miles.)
- TRAINER GUY YAY!!!
Tomorrow I have to come early to the gym so I can work out what I missed today lol.

Hey guys I am home right now. I woke up at 8:44 am... I was late... v.v Damn me waking up late... i wouldn't make the bus even if i teleport... XD Well the bus would of be there by now. So I am staying home and doing my clothes and maybe go to Tifa house a little earlier and hang out with her. I am in a lot of pain as well, from all the stuff I been doing. This is hard, I never picture it being this hard but it is... I will be ok for now because all i need to do is keep doing what i am doing and maybe i will be UNDER 200 BY MAY!!! lets up v.v....
Ok well anyways i hope Anime Boston 2009 Will be great!!!! YAY! ^_^

Ok!!! I forgot to write the stuff last night. I fall right to sleep after dinner. well hope this will make it up.
Today I ate:
- Muffie (only half)
- PB&J
- >.< FAST FOOD WENDY'S!!!! (tifa was hungry and so was i)
- Chicken and salda.

- Walking to bus stop. (Half a mile)
- Walking around my school to class to class (apprx. 1 mile)
- Walking back home. (Half a mile)
- Walking around the corner and down the street to the train station. (55% of a mile)
- Walked to the gym from wendy's (O.O not that FAR)
- 20 minutes on the bike with 5-8 resistance. (apprx. 3.67 miles.)
- Walkin thingy... O.o'... forgot the name of it... for 10 minutes (1.03 mile)
- Weights I don't remember how much i did but it was alot
- 120 sit-ups (i did alot.. O.o'... i was tired)
I am going to work hard on October 9, 2008 i got the trainer.

Ok!!! I got out of bed and took my shower I thought I would be late for my classes today so I kinda walked a little faster than I do.
Today I ate:

- Corn Muffin (half; other half went to the birds)
- Tuna
- Chinese (dinner was Chinese because Shaun came to visit from NJ)

- 25 sit-ups. (We had to stop early because Father shown up to early >.<)
- ?? sit-ups on ball, planking, holding a squat in place.
